We have been operating the new audio/video system that you and Rob installed a few weeks ago in Evergreen Mortuary and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. When we started this project I asked that it be up to date, simple, easy to use, and just as you promised, it is. You and Rob are very professional and worked seamlessly on the project without any interference to the families we served and we hardly knew you were in the building working. Even after the day ended you cleaned up, removed any trash and were extremely courteous to all of our staff. To have the ability to have different audio and video capabilities simultaneously in our chapel, vitiation rooms, lobby and viewing rooms is terrific. We made a few changes from the original plan and you were able to make the changes without any hesitation. Even our most technically challenged staff members are comfortable with operating the new system. This project was well worth the money spent, which was very reasonable for the new equipment, your labor and expertise. I also wanted to thank you both for providing a lesson to everyone on how to use the components and making sure everyone was comfortable with the system, not to mention leaving your contact information and offering for anyone to call with questions concerning the system, your patience were appreciated.

Earlier this year Advanced Audio Systems revamped and added to our A/V system.
